Third Dish Society restaurant opens in Memorial Green

The third outpost of what owner Aaron Lyons calls “approachable” farm-to-table dining for people looking for affordable fare that supports area purveyors and agriculture. Nothing on the all-day menu is over $19.
Houston’s Gin Design Group tricked out the 4,000-square-foot space with whitewashed brick and gray wainscoting – an open, airy, sophisticated look that will be more indicative of how future Dish Society stores will look.
The menu begins with breakfast tacos and sandwiches; pulled brisket with tomatillo relish topped with two cage-free eggs and served with smoked gouda grits; Homestead Gristmill organic wheat pancakes; and Nutella French toast.
