We dip pizza, carrots and celery, chicken wings, fries, tacos, lasagna, rice, mashed potatoes, sandwiches, and even quesadillas into it. Some of us even pair it with that seasonal southern staple, crawfish.

Louisiana favorite Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar could be coming to Houston area

Purple and gold-painted Louisiana ex-pats might soon have another taste of home here in Houston if a popular chain of Baton Rouge-based sports bars takes root in Houston. According to the Houston Business Journal, Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar has just signed a franchise agreement to open 10 sports bars in the Houston area in coming years.
